8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Mediation

Any disputes arising out of these Terms, the Site, or our products or services must first be resolved through mediation.

• The mediation shall be conducted virtually or at a mutually agreed-upon location in the United States.

• Each party shall bear its own costs, and the mediator's fee will be split equally.

• If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, it will proceed to arbitration.

8.2 Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS, AAA, or ICC.

• International & Domestic Disputes: Arbitration will take place in Illinois or virtually, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Costs will be split equally unless otherwise decided.

8.3 Exclusions

These dispute resolution procedures do not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America.
