About Me

Conflict is inevitable—but it doesn’t have to be destructive. I help individuals and businesses navigate workplace challenges with confidence, clarity, and care, transforming conflict into opportunities for growth, alignment, and stronger relationships.

We all move through multiple communities—at work, in families, and beyond. These relationships can either support or strain our well-being. I believe that even the toughest conversations can lead to stronger connections when people have the right tools and approach. My work focuses on helping people talk through differences, understand each other, and move forward productively.

With over a decade of experience in mediation, conflict resolution, employment law, program management, and customer success, I bring both strategic insight and practical solutions. My approach is facilitative and transformative, empowering people to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in ways that strengthen their teams and communities.

I am a certified mediator, International Mediation Institute (IMI) qualified mediator, conflict resolution trainer, and retired employment lawyer. I offer virtual conflict resolution services nationwide and in-person services in the Chicago area.

The Logo

This logo is a dove formed out of an olive branch. The branch is divided but comes together to create something beautiful. Together they symbolize peace. The olive branch represents the action towards creating peace and a dove/peace is formed through that action. Having difficult conversations is the action, peace is the result.

Took the 40-hr Mediation Skills Training with the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) in 2011. Received Certification with CCR in 2012 and became a volunteer. Certified as a mediation coach in 2014. Ongoing education through advanced training, continuing education events, reflective practice groups, and volunteering commitments.

Became certified as a Workplace Mediator and am certified to provide training to workplaces on various models of conflict resolution.

JD/MA

American University

Washington College of Law

Received a JD from Washington College of Law, and an MA in International Politics from American University through a dual degree program. First took a 20-hr mediation skills training from American University Judicial Affairs & Mediation Services.

Kalamazoo College

Received a BA in Anthropology and Sociology with a concentration in Women's Studies and a minor in Ceramic Sculpture/Art.
